    Staying here for a special new year's eve celebration was an lovely experience. The room was magnificent, with a beautiful view of the city and excellent amenities. The dining options were impressive. The breakfast buffet had the largest selection I've ever seen, and the lounge offered fantastic food throughout the day. I especially appreciated the attentive service from the staff, who went above and beyond to.

    The lounge access was a good experience.

    The air conditioning was disturbingly noisy, and despite notifying the technician, the issue was not resolved. Housekeeping also failed to clean our room even after I pressed the room service button. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing and dampened my overall experience.

    Great Stay with Minor Check-In Issues

    We enjoyed a lovely family getaway with a fantastic park view from our room. The location was perfect for exploring city attractions. Room service was prompt and delicious, and breakfast had a good selection! Just expect potential delays at check-in, but the staff are accommodating.

    The staff is cute at Four Seasons in Kuala Lumpur. Check-in was smooth thanks to Mr DD and Mr Tan. The room was spacious, cozy, and super clean, with a fantastic view of the KLCC water fountain. The attention to detail was apparent with fruits and flowers waiting for us on arrival. Breakfast at the executive lounge had an excellent selection, which I loved. I felt the evening cocktail offerings could use more variety. I did have some issues with customer service regarding a specific cheesecake request for my little one's birthday, which initially wasn't communicated to the kitchen well. Luckily, it got resolved, but I think the CRM could be better organized. The parking situation can be a bit confusing and traffic in the area was heavy at times. The hospitality is fantastic, but the hotel could work on better managing special requests.

    would like to stay here on the next trip

    The room was huge with amazing city views. I loved the deep soaking tub and the separate rainfall shower in the luxurious bathroom. The bed was super comfy, and the minibar was stocked. The dining was very nice too. Breakfast at CurATE was delicious with fresh pastries and organic juices. The fitness center was great with great spa facilities for a perfect relaxation time.

    Really good service and fine views

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the fine views of the Twin Towers from my room. The breakfast buffet had an very nice variety of freshly cooked dishes, including delicious noodles and pastries. The staff was attentive and friendly. While the infinity pool is beautiful, the water was a bit cold for swimming .

    The architecture doesn't do justice to the Four Seasons brand. It feels drab, lacking that distinct aesthetic flair. In my room, the shower area had a dingy vibe that could throw anyone off, and the sewage smell from the toilet drain is not something you'd expect. Limited room service options made me question my choices, and having knocks on the door at night, although just offering assistance, was a bit disruptive. The lobby definitely needs attention-noticed litter and even cockroaches, which didn't make a great first impression.
